GOW is comparable to MGS's brand awareness. It just came out late in the PS2's life cycle to make that huge splash. It probably would have sold 5mil during the PS2's peak uptake period. It's like releasing Gears in the fifth year the 360 is out.
GOW is mainly big in NA, and will get a lot of sales there.

Uncharted 2 does have at least three Co-op modes (prays for Horde like mode,) and more Competitive modes, outside of "Plunder" and "Team Deathmatch."

David Jaffe is the father of GOW and gave Sony one of the biggest franchises they've had in a long time.

Forza looks more vibrant? Have you ever owned or seen a car? They sure don't look like Forza cars. Forza cars look so glossy. It's like they're trying to fake lighting like in Gears. It looks unrealistic. And those grass textures were so flat.

Why would they hold onto their DVDs and skip another physical format for DD? No past or current trends have said that'd be the case.
